WARRANTY

Original Garage Moto provides a ONE (1) YEAR warranty for all products that are defective in workmanship, quality, and/or material.

  • The warranty period starts from the date the item(s) was received by the original purchaser or installer.
  • We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process and, in some cases, a receipt from a certified mechanic.

  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse (e.g., improper installation), abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Limited Anodizing & Chrome Finish Warranty:

Original Garage Moto warranties for ONE (1) YEAR that the anodized or chromed aluminum products will resist cracking or flaking and resist fading under normal use and care.

To start your warranty process, please contact us at info@originalgaragemoto.com with your order number, the reason for return, and pictures if applicable.

We will provide replacement parts at our sole discretion.

Please note that our warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse (e.g., improper installation), abuse, or normal wear and tear.

DISCLAIMER

Purchaser hereby recognizes the hazards and risks involved in the use of the equipment purchased and as a part of the consideration of the execution of this agreement purchaser hereby assumes all of the risk of the use of said equipment, and agrees to hold Original Garage Moto Inc. harmless from and to reimburse and indemnify it, against all claims, damage suits, actions, liability, recoveries and judgments arising from and to the extent of purchaser’s use of said equipment.

Purchaser hereby waives any and all claims for property damage and/or personal injuries, which the purchaser or any other person may suffer as a result of the use of said equipment. The Purchaser acknowledges that he assumes the risk of any loss, from injury or damage to himself or others, due to using Original Garage Moto parts and holds harmless Original Garage Moto Inc. and it’s owners, agents, officers, heirs, assigns and all employees.
