Refund Policy

Returns:

• We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. For eligible EU returns under the right of withdrawal, a refund of the original standard (non-expedited) shipping cost will be issued.
• Additional fees may be charged if returned item(s) are not shipped according to customs regulations.
• For U.S. Orders: Original Garage Moto will provide and manage the return label at the customer’s expense to avoid additional or unnecessary duties, import, brokerage, or other customs fees.
• For International Orders: Make sure the shipment is declared as a returned product for customs purposes. If the package is not declared as a returned product, any fees charged by customs authorities will be your responsibility and may be deducted from your refund or item value.

Please note that all "made-to-order" product sales are final.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fee for Declined Deliveries:

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if a delivery is declined.
• This fee is applied to the order subtotal before taxes and shipping.
• This fee covers the cost of processing, restocking, and return shipping.

Cancellation Policy:

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to checkout.

• Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of the order being placed. A full refund will be issued.
• To ask for a cancellation, you must call us during business hours at 1-866-835-3402 with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Warranty:

Original Garage Moto provides a ONE (1) YEAR warranty for all products that are defective in workmanship, quality, and/or material.

• The warranty period starts from the date the item(s) was received by the original purchaser or installer.
• We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process and, in some cases, a receipt from a certified mechanic.

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse (e.g., improper installation), abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Limited Anodizing & Chrome Finish Warranty:

Original Garage Moto warranties for ONE (1) YEAR that the anodized or chromed aluminum products will resist cracking or flaking and resist fading under normal use and care.

We will provide replacement parts at our sole discretion.

Please note that our warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse (e.g., improper installation), abuse, or normal wear and tear.
