Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order and country.
Q: Do we accept returns?
A: Yes. To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will require a receipt or a proof of purchase to complete the process. Exchanges will be honoured up to 30 days from when the product was received. Q: Can I have a refund?
A: No. We don't do refunds, all sales are final with the exception of exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to checkout.
Q: Where is my order? When will I get my stuff?
A: Most items ship same or next day and are marked as such. You will typically receive a shipping notification email within 24 hours of your order shipping which will include your tracking number. We ship Canada Post and FedEx, you can track your package on both shipping providers websites.
Q: Does Original Garage Moto charge sales tax?
A: Orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable sales tax. Orders shipping to any other country will not be charged sales tax.
Q: Does Original Garage Moto warranty their parts?
